The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for a hands-on, service-orientated and experienced Engineering Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
As
Engineering Coordinator, you will support in all clericals, project and
administrative procedures within the Engineering Department.
You will be responsible maintain inventory and supplies of the Engineering department used to ensure effective operation of entire hotel; maintain records and file on all mandatory systems, such as preventive maintenance, work requests. Look after departmental purchase orders and distribute paperwork to accounts payable and requesting department. Be responsible for sourcing equipment and stock items and to meet company representatives to keep abreast of products on the market.
Your duties also include prepare information for, attend and minute monthly Engineering KPI Meeting, and assisting in monthly reporting. Assist with the company CSI programme in particular but not exclusive to, the reporting engineering requirements.
Qualifications
& Skills
To
be successful in the role, you will have at least one year's experience in the
administrative position at a luxury hotel environment and having experience in
the engineering area will be the bonus! Other key attributes we are looking for
