Your OpportunityWe are seeking a visionary Hotel Manager to lead our Operations Team and elevate our guest experience to new heights. This is more than a leadership role — it’s a chance to surfing the wave of unrivalled luxury.
As our Hotel Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, overseeing Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Quality and Spa. You’ll drive excellence across every touchpoint, ensuring our brand promise is not just met — but exceeded.
What You’ll Do
- Champion service excellence and operational brilliance
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams across departments
- Drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and profitability
- Implement strategic initiatives aligned with our brand standards
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and luxury innovation
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in luxury hospitality (Hotel Manager, EAM, or Director of Operations)
- A passion for detail, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Confident, direct leadership style with a collaborative spirit
- Experience with LQA standards and brand deployment
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Business, or related fields
