We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on and detail orientated Housekeeping Team Leader to join us and support our friendly and hard-working Housekeeping Team to deliver exceptional quality and service and maintain our luxury experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor with the activities of select housekeeping staff and inspecting their work on a daily basis to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean in a timely fashion.

The Housekeeping Team Leader creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a clean, safe, comfortable room and delivering bespoke, courteous and timely service to ensure the highest of expectations are met.

Qualifications & Skills

Our Housekeeping Team Leader will be a true quality expert – passionate about quality in all forms, from the product to the service, team and delivery! To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position/s at a luxury hotel and proven experience leading teams to meet a level of high performance across cleanliness, productivity and operational commitments. 

Other key attributes we are looking for include:

  • Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality;
  • Luxury Hotel experience is highly desirable;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and good problem-solving skills
  • Australian work rights
