The Langham, Gold Coast has the rare opportunity for an experienced, motivated and service-orientated Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the effective management of all IT (software and hardware) ensuring the needs of our guests and colleagues are met;
- Support use and implementation of new systems, coordinating with hotel’s department heads to ensure correct training of colleagues;
- with other department heads, designs and implements new computer-based procedures that will improve profitability, guest service and/or operations.
- Manage all supplier contracts and service agreements, following up with opportunities for software development in order to ensure the Hotel is a trailblazer in the industry when it comes to continuous improvement and innovative processes.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position in a Hotel environment with proven experience managing IT Systems across organisations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven success in delivering IT Projects & strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Skilled in Networking, system backup/recovery
- Strong vendor/supplier management capabilities
- Extremely organised with a strong attention to detail
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT/IT Systems
- Australian work rights.
