We are seeking for service-centric and luxury minded service professionals to join our Concierge team as Porter.
Key Responsibilities
As a Porter you will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience and work in a team to deliver on our guest and brand objectives.
- Meet and greet each guest and visitor to the Hotel.
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Ensure that guests are aware of our product and services by explaining the workings of rooms and room features in line with operating standards.
- Work collaboratively within a friendly, fast paced, professional environment.
About You
To be successful for a role, you will have previous customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:
- Superior Grooming and Presentation
- Full Drivers License (Porter/Valet)
- Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- An eye for detail and personal presentation
- Australian work rights. Please note we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
